  Honestly am not one to go online and review a place, especially give them a negative review, but this establishment had me fed up. Walked in there yesterday around 3:50pm, no one acknowledged me and my buddy, no greeting, no smiles, no nothing! No customer service whatsover. On top of that waited for 30 mins or even more to make a phone payment. And still no apology or "how are you doing today?", nothing but bad service. I believe it was just the associates that were there. The part that really got me mad was during the time waiting they DID NOT BOTHER TO SAY AT LEAST, "WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR". Like I said no acknowledgment. Not coming back here again unless it's different staff, if ever.

  You can do most things here like buy a phone and pay your bill but they are just an authorized dealer. The people here are great, helpful and friendly. Always get done what I came in for.
